Important bits (Terms & Conditions)

  1. Whenever you visit this site or any page associated with us, you are agreeing to the Terms & Conditions.

  2. The Singers’ Circle is a paid subscription billed per calendar month. Mid-month sign-ups will be prorated. Your financial information is never seen by us; it is processed through Stripe to keep things safe.

  3. You can cancel your membership any time you like. Cancelling your membership can be done via the member website or by contacting Nicky McGrath directly. Your membership will end at the end of the calendar month. There are no refunds for your membership once you have paid for the month.

  4. By joining, you also agree to be contacted by Nicky McGrath and her team. We are friendly and like chatting with you! This may include marketing newsletters which you can choose to opt-out of (but they do include handy info about what’s on and stuff). Your information will be kept safe and won’t be shared outside of the organisation or sold.

  5. If you join and then start voice lessons with Nicky, your membership fee will be applied as a credit for the corresponding calendar month. Membership to the Singers’ Circle is complimentary for Nicky’s voice students. This offer applies to standard voice lessons - not special offers like “pay what you can” sessions.

  6. Membership is recommended for 18 years and over. There may be some adult themes that arise.

  7. I’m not a doctor. Or a therapist. Those people are awesome at those things. I’m a vocal pedagogue (meaning I’m a voice teacher with oodles of specialist training), so any of the work we do together does not replace the advice of a medical professional.

  8. Sessions may be recorded. Part of your membership is access to our library of recordings. By joining and participating, you consent to being recorded and having that content shared.

  9. Content is owned by Nicky McGrath and not to be shared or reproduced by other parties. She works HARD, friend. If there is something you’d like to share with someone, just ask and give credit where it’s due.

  10. Members are treated with kindness and respect and are expected to offer the same to participants and facilitators. Let’s be nice and lift each other up!

  11. The Singers’ Circle is a friendly, safe, inclusive space. Inappropriate or abusive behaviour will not be tolerated. Offenders will have their membership revoked without warning and without refund.
