By booking your session, you (fabulous singer!) acknowledge and agree to the Terms and Conditions outlined below.

CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS/REBOOKING
When you book in, you acknowledge that fees are non-refundable. Payment is required at the time of booking. If you cannot make your session, you can request a special project instead of a live session, to be completed by your coach during the booked session time.

NOTE: For studio members, our flexible rebooking policy means you have many ways to play. Can't make your lesson? Special interest projects, asynchronous lessons (via Marco Polo) and non-singing lessons are also available.

LESSON RECORDINGS
You, wonderful singer, are welcome and encouraged to recording our sessions. All content in our sessions is my (Nicky McGrath) intellectual property. Do not share this content publicly on any platform for public viewing without my consent.

FINANCIAL INFORMATION
Your financial information is processed through this site and is kept totally safe. I (Nicky McGrath) do not have access to the payment information you share in this platform.
